A few logistics...

The portal is best used for messaging to ask about apointments and refill requests. 

It may also be used for sending us important updates or asking clarifying questions to our clinical team. 

It is very challenging to give in depth medical advice through the portal so you may be offered an earlier appointment. 

The patient portal is not monitored over the weekend, holidays, or outside of business hours. 

If you are experiencing an urgent medical issue during business hours, please call the office at 202-888-6731 and be sure to leave a voicemail if you don’t reach someone. 

If you are experiencing an urgent medical issue or emergency outside of business hours, please go to urgent care or the emergency room.

This information must match the information that your provider has on file for you. When you click "Send reset link," the system will send an email to the email address that you entered. If the system is able to verify your account, you'll receive an email with a link that you can follow to create a new password.
