A few logistics about our patient portal.
The portal is best used for messaging to ask about appointments and refill requests. Please note that the portal runs best through the Chrome browser.
It may also be used for sending us important updates or asking clarifying questions to our clinical team.
It is very challenging to give in depth medical advice through the portal so you may be offered an appointment to discuss with your doctor.
If you are experiencing an urgent medical issue during business hours, please call the office at 202-888-6731 and be sure to leave a voicemail if you don’t reach someone.
If you are experiencing an urgent medical issue or emergency outside of business hours, please go to urgent care or the emergency room.
